TGW is looking for a spring Design (graphic design and web) intern in Rochester, NY to play an integral role in a diverse set of projects. This role requires conceptualization and creation of design, web, production and strategic creative deliverables. This teammate will be heavily involved in day-to-day work and communication across internal projects.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Front End Web Design + Digital Design
- Examples include
- Landing page creation
- Large campaign creative – activation across multiple channels (paid and owned)
- Social design – Creative design for client campaigns resize and reformatting for appropriate platform (strong working knowledge and experience)
- CMS – The big ones, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, etc
- HTML + CSS
- Email Marketing Tools – Mailchimp
- Design template creation
- Examples include
- Sales collateral (postcards, sale sheets, report design)
- Print production and coordination
- Packaging design
- Large format (banners, trade show signage etc)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Earning a degree in graphic design, visual communication design, or related field
- Passion for staying up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Enthusiasm for learning new things and a positive attitude
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Creativity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills/ability to balance multiple assignments
- Basic understanding of design software – Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator Strong copy and content development and writing skills
- Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, etc)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Decision Making skills
