Why TGW?

t’s pretty simple: I want my career to be a force for doing good in the world. TGW’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility means everything to me. They embody the type of company I hope to one day work for.

What are you looking forward to after graduation?

Right now my plan is to take some time off and travel to as many of the National Parks as possible. I essentially want to rock climb my way across the country. I may also look for a job.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I think most of my day-to-day decisions are based on what I think a Hobbit would do. I really wish I was kidding.

If you could meet one musician, dead or alive, who would it be?

Thom Yorke. In my mind, he is what most musicians, including myself, aspire to be. His guitar playing is hugely underrated, his songwriting style is completely his own and his willingness to explore and take risks is incredible. Plus, I’m pretty sure he is an alien.

What is the best thing about college?

As a communication major and environmental studies minor I am constantly being exposed to and learning things that I am passionate about. For me the two go hand-in-hand. Finding that sweet spot where they meet is really exciting.
