In 2023, thousands of New Yorkers were at risk of losing their health insurance due to automatic Medicaid re-enrollments ending. TGW Studio, in partnership with Coordinated Care Services, Inc., executed an extensive digital and physical advertising campaign to communicate to Medicaid holders that services are available to help them understand the often complex healthcare enrollment process.

Printed billboard signs were placed in Rochester neighborhoods to inspire action and promote awareness.

Meeting People Where They Are in Our Community.

Our rack cards and personalized mailers connected Medicaid cardholders with CCSI healthcare navigators to prevent a lapse in healthcare coverage.

Banners in RTS buses used transparent, approachable language to inform Medicaid cardholders.

Through uncomplicated, action-forward language and simple imagery, our campaign increased awareness to encourage community members to renew their healthcare coverage. As a result, CCSI saw a significant increase in appointments made with healthcare navigators.

Brightly-colored and action-driven digital ads strategy produced significant reach on Meta and Google.
