We are looking for a Content Producer to play an integral role in a diverse set of projects with our valued partners and on internal TGW projects.
THIS IS YOU:
First and foremost, you’re a writer through and through. You can dig into different voice and message strategies and get them down on paper (screen) in a meaningful and impactful way. You’re as obsessed with developing clean, beautiful written and visual content as you are with making sure you’ve made it through the process without errors.
You may also have a keen eye for photography and may’ve even been told so in the past. This role heavily depends on the individual and having creative ability is a huge, huge plus.
You can develop content for many different industries and with many different personas.
You’re a nice person who gives a damn and you’re looking to join a team that’s obsessed with these characteristics.
You’re looking to hit the ground running with established partners and have some fun while doing so.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2+ years experience in digital marketing and content production landscape, including robust knowledge of organic social media management and written communications
- Social media program community management and client communications
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Whether chatting with our clients/partners or with internal staff, strong written and verbal chops are a must
- HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- Photography experience
- Graphic Design experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs experience
(or a passion to learn in these areas)
- Strong passion for positive social impact in one or more social justice or environmental area
- General marketing strategy and knowledge with strong historical results a plus
- Killer time management skills
- Content Strategy (strong working knowledge and experience around translating brand, design, and marketing strategy into great content)
- SEO implementation and management a plus
- Web accessibility working knowledge, management, and execution a huge plus
- Self-start and work well independently as well as collaborate favorably in a team environment
- “Figure it out” attitude, go above and beyond and learn as you go, and not afraid of autonomy
