TGW Studio – (tgwstudio.com) is a women and LGBTQ+ owned full-service social impact marketing and creative studio that partners with forward-thinking organizations to tell their stories in industries such as renewable energy, startups, and technology, social justice, education, nonprofits, healthcare, manufacturing + technology, + food/beverage sectors.

We are looking for an Account Manager to play an integral role in a diverse set of projects with our valued partners and TGW Studio-specific needs. 



  • 2-4 years experience demonstrating a deep understanding of the client relationship dynamic to meet business objectives, while being the key driver of projects and processes from beginning to end
  • Serve as a key partner and mentor to our clients. Articulate our firms ethos, listen strategically, and support growth opportunities based on needs
  • Excellent communicator, skilled writer, extremely organized and thrives with organizing
  • Ensure project and campaign alignment by defining roles and internal key team members to kick off projects
  • Work closely with team members and participate in defining plans, needs, KPI’s and translate these requests with input briefs and direction to the internal teams
  • Work with founders on planning within the studio’s walls and lead the execution of strategic initiatives (e.g.: point support person for our 4-day work week program, volunteer and intern programs, office needs and beyond)
  • Deep understanding of digital and traditional tactics, integrated marketing campaigns and comprehensive marketing plans (e.g.: web projects, digital ad programs, organic and paid social programs, email marketing programs, inbound marketing and more)
  • Work with founders on the intake of and assist with new business growth as needed
