HIRING: Jr. Digital Strategist

We are looking for a Jr. Digital Strategist to play an integral role in a diverse set of projects with our valued partners and TGW Studio-specific needs. 



  • The Jr. Digital Strategist position will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting agency digital and social ad campaigns for TGW Studio’s clients.
  • Your primary focus will be overseeing paid digital and social media campaigns and assisting in integrations operations across agency clients. Your expert knowledge in retargeting tools will help you effectively communicate digital ad best practices and campaign ROIs to clients.
  • This position includes strategy, budget allocation, hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and comprehensive analytics on campaigns.
  • This position will also provide insights and research recommendations for integrations with external platforms – from Mailchimp and Hubspot to Salesforce. This position will work with our digital designers on executing and testing these integrations.


  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing landscape, including robust knowledge of paid digital, social, and programmatic ad platform execution and strategy
  • *Streaming audio, OTT, and other media management tactics/platforms a plus
  • Proven track record in client budget management and campaign planning/execution/optimization
  • General marketing strategy and knowledge with strong historical results
  • Campaign Strategy (strong full-scope working knowledge and experience from strategy to execution to analytics and optimization)
  • *Previous knowledge/experience in customer journey strategy, management, and analysis a plus
  • Analytics and Reporting (strong working knowledge and experience)
  • Examples include: Monthly reports for paid, organic, and web analytics, including major platforms, CRMs, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to draw actionable insights and recommendations for program optimizations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, partner campaigns, and budgets in a dynamic, tech-forward manner
  • Integrations Execution and Management (strong working knowledge and experience)
  • Examples: Google Analytics integration, tracking pixel integration, CRM integrations (Salesforce and HubSpot experience a huge plus), Mailchimp and email client integrations, Other marketing integrations a plus.
