Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York (PPCWNY) is expanding abortion access throughout the region with the help of RAE (Resources for Abortion Education) by providing comprehensive reproductive healthcare and support.
RAE (Resources for Abortion Education) is an extension of Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York (PPCWNY) to offer comprehensive reproductive healthcare and support. TGW Studio is proud to partner with Planned Parenthood to further abortion access through an interactive, educational, easy-to-use website that answers abortion-related questions and appointment expectations.
Free HIV & HEP-C Testing
TGW Studio is proud to announce our partnership with Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood (UHPP), serving the Albany, Hudson, and Troy communities of New York. This partnership aims to advertise UHPP’s free HIV and Hepatitis-C testing, regardless of insurance.
Through simple line design and animation, our video encourages everyone, regardless of health insurance, sexual history, or sexual preference, to take advantage of free HIV and Hepatitis C testing. Safe and welcoming healthcare facilities are crucial in fighting against HIV and other STIs.
RESTORE
In 2020, TGW collaborated with RESTORE to create a video that raises awareness of their services for sexual assault survivors.
The challenge was to create something eye-catching while also being sensitive to the subject matter.
The video needed to speak directly to survivors, but also be general enough for a wider audience to understand. We discovered that by utilizing abstraction and empathy, even a simple circle could provide the solution.
Pillow Talk
TGW Studio was proud to work with Trillium on their Pillow Talk campaign. Pillow Talk aims to increase PrEP awareness in the Rochester community, specifically, among women. Because 1 in 5 cases of HIV occur in women, it is vital that women are aware of the benefits of PrEP and have the tools they need to take preventative action.
Own your sexual health
The video campaign features real women, actual Trillium employees, and users of PrEP discussing the facts, statistics, and common misconceptions of this medication. Rather than coming from a place of fear of HIV, this campaign celebrates the power of women who take ownership of their sex life and health. Nothing is scripted, nothing is manufactured, and no part feels like a medical commercial with stock photo imagery.
Everything about Pillow Talk is real. This includes the autonomy PrEP has given these and many other women in our community.
Conceived in collaboration with Planned Parenthood of Central and Western NY, “Moxie” is a new digital home for teens designed to engage with and get information on Planned Parenthood’s many youth programs.
The digital space is fresh, youthful, and edgy that complements and coincides strongly with the Planned Parenthood brand, geared towards youth to increase awareness and involvement.
TGW believes that our community is our superpower. When we talk to each other and show up for each other, we learn that we’re not alone.
Because this project highlights Ontario County residents and the resources available to them, TGW wanted to focus on a theme of community, togetherness, and communication. This also goes hand-in-hand with the theme that you are never truly alone, there’s always someone who understands or is willing to listen.
